Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition;
- Be returned in its original packaging;
- Include all original accessories, certificates, and documentation (if applicable);
- Not be altered, resized, damaged, or modified after delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@abbottminerals.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized jewelry;
- Special-order or made-to-order items;
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling;
- Items returned without prior authorization;
- Products returned after the return period has expired.
Because natural gemstones are unique products, minor variations in color, inclusions, patterns, shape, and natural characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Abbott Minerals is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Photographs of the item and packaging.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
Customized, personalized, and special-order items cannot be canceled once production or processing has begun.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Abbott Minerals first to resolve any concerns regarding their orders.
Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving products may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges and additional actions permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abbott Minerals’ total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.
